Gate City won 12-0. coach carter wasn't there defensively gate city was solid, and they hit the ball pretty well.
ts will have to do some major major improvements to compete...
Sounds like GC will be alright. Are they playing at Hunter Wright this year?

Heard GC will not be playing at HW in Kspt.
GC will be pretty good this year, they have two good pitchers back in pope and esteep, salyer and eldrige are back in the field and dean and pope are back at the plate
Gate City only had 3 hits that were legit. Estepp hit one to right that was pretty good. Other than that the rest should have been caught and would have if they were playing a good team. I believe the team has problems with position assignment and they look like they are just going through the motions.
I don't think Coach Carter will be back this year.
After yesterday I think the LPD will look like this:

2. Burton or PV
4. Gate City
5. Coeburn
6. Clintwood
7. Pound
8. Appy
Was someone out of position? Who? Does GC have any basketball players that are going to play baseball?
